Welcome to Click Crafters. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Click Crafters website, services, communications, reports, dashboards, automations, and related materials provided by Click Crafters.

- Campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Website tracking and analytics setup
- Conversion tracking and event tracking
- Reporting dashboards and performance summaries
- Marketing automation workflows
- Lead routing and notification workflows
- Customer list, suppression list, or offline conversion support
- SEO, website, and conversion rate optimization recommendations
- Other marketing or business support services agreed in writing
The exact services, deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities may be described in a separate proposal, contract, invoice, or statement of work.
No Guarantee of Results
Click Crafters works to improve marketing performance, tracking quality, reporting visibility, and campaign execution. However, advertising and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, budgets, creative quality, website experience, offer strength, market conditions, competition, audience behavior, client responsiveness, tracking limitations, and third-party platform changes.
We do not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to:
- Sales
- Leads
- Revenue
- Return on ad spend
- Profitability
- Search rankings
- Conversion rates
- Cost per lead or cost per purchase
- Ad approval
- Account approval
- Platform access
- Continued availability of any third-party platform
Any forecasts, projections, estimates, recommendations, or performance expectations are informational only and are not guarantees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed for us to perform services. This may include:
- Business information
- Website access
- Advertising account access
- Analytics access
- CRM or ecommerce access
- Creative assets
- Brand guidelines
- Offer details
- Product or service information
- Customer, lead, or transaction data, when authorized
- Feedback, approvals, and timely communication
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and authority to provide us access to any accounts, platforms, websites, data, content, creative assets, trademarks, customer lists, lead lists, or other materials.
Clients are also responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their own products, services, offers, claims, pricing, promotions, landing pages, policies, and business practices.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms, tools, and services, including but not limited to:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- Meta, Facebook, and Instagram
- TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other advertising platforms
- CRM systems
- Email marketing platforms
- Website builders and hosting providers
- Ecommerce platforms
- Automation tools
- Reporting and dashboard tools
- Cloud storage and communication tools
We do not own or control these third-party platforms. Their own terms, policies, permissions, pricing, review processes, APIs, outages, limitations, and decisions apply.
Click Crafters is not responsible for third-party platform errors, outages, suspensions, disapprovals, billing issues, data delays, tracking discrepancies, policy decisions, API changes, permission changes, account restrictions, or loss of access.
Advertising Account Access and Permissions
If you grant Click Crafters access to advertising accounts, analytics accounts, business portfolios, pages, pixels, tags, apps, lead forms, websites, CRMs, or other systems, you authorize us to use that access as needed to provide the agreed services.
Depending on the service, this may include:
- Viewing account data
- Creating or editing campaigns
- Creating or editing ads, ad sets, keywords, audiences, or assets
- Installing or modifying tracking tags
- Pulling reports and performance data
- Creating dashboards or automations
- Routing leads or conversion data
- Uploading authorized customer, suppression, or offline conversion data
- Troubleshooting account, tracking, or reporting issues
We will use access only for legitimate service-related purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tracking, Pixels, Tags, and Conversion Measurement
Our services may include setup, management, or support for analytics, pixels, tags, cookies, server-side tracking, conversion APIs, offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions, customer lists, suppression lists, and related measurement tools.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their websites, forms, checkout flows, privacy policies, cookie notices, consent banners, terms, and customer communications comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.
Where legally required, clients are responsible for obtaining user consent before using certain cookies, pixels, tags, personalized advertising, remarketing, analytics, or conversion tracking technologies.
Customer Lists, Lead Data, and Offline Conversions
If a client provides customer lists, lead data, transaction data, or offline conversion data to Click Crafters, the client represents that it has all necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents to provide that data and to use it for the intended advertising, reporting, measurement, suppression, remarketing, or automation purpose.
Click Crafters may format, hash, upload, route, store, or process such data only as needed to provide authorized services.
Clients are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permission basis of the data they provide.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content in a way that violates these Terms
- Upload or transmit malicious code
- Use the website for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Interfere with website security or functionality
We may restrict access to our website or services if we believe these Terms are being violated.
Intellectual Property
The Click Crafters website, branding, copy, designs, graphics, templates, processes, reports, dashboards, automations, strategy documents, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Click Crafters retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal systems, templates, processes, know-how, and tools.
Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets, account data, creative assets, customer data, and other materials they provide to us.
Deliverable ownership, usage rights, and access rights may be further defined in a separate written agreement.
Confidentiality
During the course of providing services, either party may have access to confidential or non-public information. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for legitimate business purposes related to the services.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, already known, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.
Fees and Payment
Fees, payment terms, billing schedules, advertising budgets, retainers, project fees, or other charges may be described in a separate proposal, invoice, contract, or statement of work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients are responsible for paying all approved service fees.
- Clients are responsible for paying all advertising platform spend directly or reimbursing approved ad spend.
- Late or failed payments may result in paused work, delayed deliverables, or suspension of services.
- Third-party platform charges are separate from Click Crafters service fees.
Client Approvals
Clients may be asked to review and approve campaigns, creative, copy, tracking changes, website changes, reports, automations, or other deliverables.
If a client approves materials or fails to respond within a reasonable time, Click Crafters may proceed based on the information and approvals available, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables for accuracy, compliance, brand fit, legal claims, pricing, offers, and business details.
Communication
We may communicate with clients or prospective clients by email, phone, video call, messaging apps, project management tools, Slack, text message, or other business communication channels.
By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree that we may communicate with you about inquiries, services, projects, billing, support, and related business matters.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any website, report, dashboard, automation, API, platform, or service. Downtime, bugs, data delays, platform changes, API limits, or technical issues may occur.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our website or services at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Crafters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, ad account disruption, platform suspension, or reputational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount paid to Click Crafters for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click Crafters from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of our website or services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your products, services, offers, claims, content, or business practices
- Data, materials, or access you provide to us
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws or platform policies
Termination
Either party may stop using or providing services subject to any separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work.
Upon termination, clients remain responsible for unpaid fees, approved ad spend, third-party costs, and any obligations that survive termination.
We may retain records as needed for business, legal, accounting, security, or compliance purposes.

Changes to These Terms
