Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to people who visit our website, contact us, schedule calls, communicate with us by email or form submission, become clients, or authorize Click Crafters to access advertising, analytics, CRM, ecommerce, lead generation, or related business platforms to provide services.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, inquiry details, and other business information you choose to share through contact forms, scheduling tools, email, or other communications.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URLs, website interaction data, analytics data, cookie and pixel data, and server log information.

When authorized by a client or user, we may also receive or access data from third-party platforms, including advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRMs, ecommerce platforms, lead form tools, and related marketing or reporting systems.

Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Advertising Platform Data

If a client or user authorizes Click Crafters to access a Meta Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, Instagram account, Meta ad account, lead form, or related business asset, we may process data made available through Meta tools, APIs, and business integrations.

This may include ad account names and IDs, campaign, ad set, and ad names, campaign, ad set, and ad IDs, ad creative information, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, performance metrics, lead form submissions where lead access is authorized, page or business asset information where authorized, and other data needed for advertising, reporting, automation, analytics, or campaign management.

We use this data only to provide requested services. We do not sell Meta user data, lead data, client ad account data, or advertising performance data.

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager

We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and related Google services to understand website activity, measure advertising performance, manage tags, create reports, and improve marketing performance.

This may include pages viewed, links clicked, referring websites, device and browser information, approximate location, IP address, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, conversion events, form submissions or other website actions, and campaign attribution data.

Google and related services may use cookies and similar technologies. We may use Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience features. Users may control personalized advertising through their Google account settings, browser settings, and other applicable privacy controls.

Advertising, Pixels, Tags, and Conversion Tracking

We may use advertising pixels, tags, server-side tracking, cookies, APIs, and similar technologies from Google, Meta, and other platforms to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, build remarketing audiences, exclude existing customers or irrelevant audiences, improve campaign targeting, prevent duplicate conversion tracking, understand website behavior, optimize ad spend, and report campaign results to clients.

Tracking may occur through browser tags, server-side tracking, platform APIs, offline conversion uploads, enhanced conversions, customer lists, and similar tools.

Customer Lists, Enhanced Conversions, and Offline Conversion Data

When authorized by a client or user, we may process customer or lead information for advertising measurement, audience creation, suppression lists, remarketing, customer matching, and offline conversion tracking.

This may include email address, phone number, name, address or ZIP code, transaction data, lead status, purchase value, conversion date or time, and customer or lead identifiers. Where required, this data may be hashed, encrypted, or formatted before being uploaded or transmitted to platforms such as Google Ads or Meta.

We only process this information when authorized. We do not sell customer list data, lead data, or offline conversion data. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, notices, permissions, and consents to provide such data for use in advertising, analytics, or reporting workflows.

How We Use Information

We may use information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls or meetings, provide marketing and advertising services, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns, create reports, dashboards, and performance summaries, build and maintain automation workflows, route leads to clients, CRMs, spreadsheets, email, Slack, or approved systems, improve our website and operations, communicate with clients or prospects, detect and troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with legal, contractual, security, or operational obligations.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers and business tools that help us operate and deliver services, including website hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, CRM systems, automation platforms, email and communication tools, cloud storage providers, scheduling tools, contractors, advisors, and professional service providers.

We may also share information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or prevent fraud or misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Client Data

When we access or process data on behalf of a client, we do so to provide services to that client. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights, permissions, notices, and consents. We use client data only to perform authorized services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies to measure website and campaign performance, improve user experience, support marketing efforts, and better understand how visitors interact with our site and campaigns.

Consent and Regional Requirements

Some jurisdictions require consent before using certain cookies, pixels, personalized advertising, remarketing, analytics, or conversion tracking technologies. Where required, we or our clients may use consent banners, consent management tools, Google Consent Mode, or similar mechanisms. If users decline tracking or advertising cookies, some analytics, ad personalization, remarketing, or conversion measurement features may be limited.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the business, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with obligations, and support legitimate business purposes. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, or archived.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we handle. No website, platform, transmission method, or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users may request deletion of personal information by contacting contact@clickcrafters.click.

If information was collected or processed through a client’s advertising account, lead form, CRM, or business system, we may direct the request to the relevant client or assist the client where appropriate. For Meta-related data deletion requests, users should include enough detail to identify the relevant account, lead, business, or request.

Your Choices

Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information. Users may also object to certain processing or opt out of communications. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling requests.
